Shipping Policy

Delivery Zones

We deliver across India through a set of serviceable pincodes grouped into delivery zones. Each zone has its own estimated delivery time and shipping rate.

Enter your pincode on any product page to instantly check whether delivery is available in your area, along with the estimated delivery time and whether Cash on Delivery is offered there.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery zone and the total weight of your order — heavier orders cost more to ship, and rates vary by zone.

Orders above the free-shipping threshold (shown in your cart) ship free regardless of weight, within serviceable zones.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout before you place your order, and again in your order confirmation — it typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days depending on your zone.

Delays due to weather, courier disruptions, or incomplete address information are outside our control, but we'll keep you updated via order notifications.
