You can cancel from My Orders as long as the order is still in the "Processing" stage. Once it ships, cancellation is no longer possible — you'll need to request a return instead.

Open the order from My Orders and use the Return/Refund option on any delivered item.

Once the returned item passes a quality check, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders).
